Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the 4th ISKF South American Karate Masters (the "Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for the Event.

2. Event Registration

Registration for the Event is subject to availability and is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. The organizers reserve the right to refuse registration without providing reasons.

3. Participant Eligibility

Participants must meet the eligibility requirements for their respective categories. The organizers reserve the right to request proof of eligibility, including but not limited to age verification and rank certification.

4. Payment and Refunds

All fees are payable in US dollars. No Refunds are allowed unless the event is canceled. All payments are managed by our digital agency payment processor in the US: Digitalagency247 Inc.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation

The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or public health emergencies. In case of cancellation, participants will receive a refund of their registration fees, minus processing fees.

6. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the principles of karate and show respect to fellow participants, officials, and organizers. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct without refund.

7. Media Release

By participating in the Event, you grant the organizers the right to use your name, image, and likeness in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Liability Waiver

Participation in the Event involves physical activity and inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and waive any claims against the organizers, sponsors, and venue for injuries or damages sustained during the Event, except in cases of gross negligence.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bogotá, Colombia.

10. Amendments

The organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting on the Event website. Continued participation in the Event after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
